Joshua Center Social Skills
and Life Skills Programs

Structured, creative activities.
Learn necessary social and life skills.

Frequently, children and teens with Tourette Syndrome, Asperger Syndrome, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and ADHD have difficulty interacting with their peers. The Joshua Center is offering opportunities for these kids to have fun hands-on activities with 6 kids their age.

Each session will address one social skill objective. Our goal is to help the kids develop self-esteem, improve relationships and foster good communication skills. In addition to addressing social skills, the high school kids will be introduced to necessary life skills.

The groups will be led by a staff that has considerable experience in working with children and teens with neurological disorders. The activities in which the children will be both structured and creative.

Social Skills classes are available for Pre-K, early elementary, upper elementary and middle school age kids.

Life Skills classes are available for high school kids.

Classes are scheduled on Saturdays and one weekday afternoon.
Tuition is $30 per class.  Please read the Payment and Absentee Policy.
